Boiling the liver and onion keeps it moist.

Ingredients

500g Chicken Livers Small Onion halved 1/4 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Cloves 1/2 tsp Paprika 4 Tbspns Port 50g Non Dairy Spread (Stork)

Directions

  1. Boil the chicken livers and onion in water for 15mins
  2. Add all the other ingredients to a food processor
  3. Drain the livers and onion and add to processor
  4. Process until smooth
  5. Put in a dish and allow to cool then cover and refrigerate until serving
