Lovely and moreish starter.
Boiling the liver and onion keeps it moist.
Ingredients500g Chicken Livers Small Onion halved 1/4 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Cloves 1/2 tsp Paprika 4 Tbspns Port 50g Non Dairy Spread (Stork)
- Boil the chicken livers and onion in water for 15mins
- Add all the other ingredients to a food processor
- Drain the livers and onion and add to processor
- Process until smooth
- Put in a dish and allow to cool then cover and refrigerate until serving
