Yummy dessert to end a meal

Ingredients
75g Non Dairy Margarine (Stork) 75g Castor sugar 2 tsp of egg replacement powder mixed with 2 tblspns water 1 tblspn Cocoa Powder 75g Self Raising Gluten free flour (Doves Farm) 3 squares of dark chocolate(Lindt) Coconut milk drink as requiredDirections
- Beat the Margarine and sugar together until light and fluffy
- Heat oven to 180C
- Add the egg replacement and beat until mixed in
- Sieve in the flour and cocoa and combine
- Add Coconut milk until mixture is consistency of cake batter
- Grease small dariole or heart moulds and add mixture to 1/3 full
- Drop in square of dark chocolate then cover with rest of mixture
- Cook for 20-25 minutes then unmould
