75g Non Dairy Margarine (Stork) 75g Castor sugar 2 tsp of egg replacement powder mixed with 2 tblspns water 1 tblspn Cocoa Powder 75g Self Raising Gluten free flour (Doves Farm) 3 squares of dark chocolate(Lindt) Coconut milk drink as required


  1. Beat the Margarine and sugar together until light and fluffy
  2. Heat oven to 180C
  3. Add the egg replacement and beat until mixed in
  4. Sieve in the flour and cocoa and combine
  5. Add Coconut milk until mixture is consistency of cake batter
  6. Grease small dariole or heart moulds and add mixture to 1/3 full
  7. Drop in square of dark chocolate then cover with rest of mixture
  8. Cook for 20-25 minutes then unmould
